Sha Research Foundation and Peter Hudoba M.D. are conducting International Review Board (IRB) approved scientific studies on the benefits of Calligraphy Tracing Meditation with Mantra Chanting. Initial findings are very encouraging. For example, Tao Calligraphy Tracing Meditation in Health Recovery, was presented at The Academy of Integrative Health (AIHM) Annual Conference, San Diego, CA September 22-26, 2018. In this small sampling of cases, 54.5% of those who used Tao Calligraphy practices had significant improvement or complete recovery.

We are currently seeking individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression or both conditions to participate in a Randomized Trial, Phase 1 research group. The beneficial effects of energy transmission and meditation through the use of calligraphy will be the focus of the study.
